All our products are printed and framed to order and will be shipped within 1 business day. Free standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, Express shipping is available and takes 1-2 days. Currently, we only offer shipping in the UK.

All prints are securely packed in either: reinforced envelopes, postal tubes, or padded in cardboard boxes ensuring print safety.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

About the artist

Shibata Zeshin was a renowned Japanese lacquer artist known for his innovative techniques and exquisite craftsmanship. He played a crucial role in revitalizing the traditional art of lacquerware during the late Edo period and early Meiji era. Zeshin's works often featured intricate designs, elaborate compositions, and richly detailed motifs, inspired by nature, mythology, and historical themes. He experimented with various lacquer techniques, including inlay, relief, and maki-e (gold and silver decoration), pushing the boundaries of what was possible in lacquer art.
