About the gallery
This gallery wall features three framed posters presented in a matching exhibition format, each showcasing a landscape by the celebrated shin-hanga printmaker Kawase Hasui: a sunlit pine beach with Mount Fuji rising in the haze beyond, a shaded forest road winding beneath ancient cedar trees, and a vivid autumn lakeside framed by fiery red foliage with a lone sailboat on the water, all printed on high-quality paper. This art collection works as a cohesive set, moving through seasons and settings while sharing the same artist's eye for light, atmosphere, and the quiet beauty of the Japanese landscape. Ideal as prints for gallery walls, these pieces bring a sense of calm, natural wonder, and the enduring appeal of traditional Japanese printmaking to any living space.
