Henriëtte Ronner-Knip (1821–1909) was a Dutch-Belgian painter known for her exquisite depictions of cats, particularly in domestic settings. Born in Amsterdam, Ronner-Knip showed an early talent for art and received training from her father, the animal painter Joseph August Knip. She later studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp.
