Ramon Casas

Ramon Casas i Carbó (1866–1932) was a Catalan painter and illustrator known for his influential role in the Catalan Modernisme movement. Born in Barcelona, Casas studied art at the Llotja School and later in Paris, where he was exposed to the avant-garde art of the time.
